4. Where is Imagine Nation located?
We are located inside the Wolfchase Galleria Mall on Level 2 near Dillard's. The easiest way to get here is through Entrance 1 between JC Penny and Dillards.

5. What is the ideal age suitable for your facility?
Imagine Nation is fun for all ages, but the activities and interactions are most appropriate for children aged 6 months to 10 years of age.
6. What security measures do you have in place?
We have an enter/exit gates to prevent children from running out on their own. However, the responsibility is with the parent/guardian to maintain supervision of their children. No adult is permitted in Imagine Nation without a child and no child is permitted without an adult.
7. Can I drop off my child?
Yes! Our Drop & Shop service allows for parents/guardians to leave children in our care. Availability is limited. Child MUST be potty trained.
8. Is Imagine Nation accessible to wheelchairs and strollers?
Yes! The entrance is wheelchair & stroller accessible. The interior is all flat floor. We do request that strollers be stored in our stroller parking area.
9. Is there special attire required to play at Imagine Nation?
No, however, we encourage comfortable play wear for the kids. In our attempt to keep the area safe for all kids including toddlers, we request proper foot coverage. Please note that socks are required in ALL PLAY AREAS for children and adults, including the indoor climbing structure and the infant and toddler area. If you don’t have socks, new socks are available for purchase at our reception desk. Adults are required to wear non-provocative clothing (including refraining from wearing saggy pants that are intended to display underwear as fashion).
10. Can we bring snacks into Imagine Nation?
Yes, however, snacks and drinks are only allowed in our designated eating area. We do not allow parents and children to enter the play area with food as it poses health risks for everyone and can cause slippage and stains when food gets into certain play areas.
